Leading the Realignment: From Global Forces to Personal Purpose
ANTICIPATE. ALIGN. ACT.
Series 1 - Leading Through Complexity asked: How do I lead when the world is uncertain?
Series 2 - Leading the Realignment takes the journey forward: As the world changes, what must we reposition - and what is mine to lead?
As capital, technology and geopolitical influence shift, senior leaders must do more than respond to complexity. Leaders must recognize what is changing, determine what it means for their organization, and make deliberate choices about where to position next. Across three days, leaders move from the external forces reshaping business - global capital flows, AI-driven disruption, systemic risk and Asia’s evolving strategic landscape - to the internal choices that define leadership: strategy, purpose, presence and personal influence.
The program strengthens leaders’ ability to anticipate shifts, align strategic choices and act with clarity, conviction and purpose.
