The claimable amount per participant is:

• The standard claimable amount per participant is RM7,000
• Maximum 9 participants per company
• To request full financial assistance of RM30,000 companies must submit a justification letter upon grant application
• Training grant applications must be approved at least 3 days before the program commences on November 2, 2026
• Final approval of higher claimable program fees, airfare, and overseas trainee allowances remains at the sole discretion of HRD Corp
• All other Terms & Conditions imposed by HRD Corp remained applicable for this program

Excludes:

• Cost of airfare, visa application and travel insurance.
